Workshops/Courses

Courses are usually weekend based and are held over one or two days, often beginning with a two hour class on the Friday evening depending on the subject matter. Subjects range from stress management, shadow-work, meditation self confidence/self empowerment and spiritual growth.

At the moment because of the restrictions it’s unknown when any training can take place physically, I may do something online, please refer here or subscribe to the blog for all updates.
