I offer classes on Mindfulness, Stress Management and Relaxation in the non profit and in the business sector. Stress Management – Courses, coaching, one or half day events covering all aspects of what stress is, how it affects us and how by implementing small gradual changes we can bring profound changes to the way we experience life. Relaxation – These sessions are primarily aimed at being relaxing in and of themselves, there will be a small amount of theory about easy to implement techniques. More a time out for group or staff, though the effects can often be long lasting. Studies have shown that even something as small as a 30 minutes relaxation session once a week for six weeks has a marked reduction in stress markers.
