I am available to come to your workplace in Edinburgh and West Lothian, or via Zoom, to facilitate classes in reducing stress. Flexible schedules and a variety of options, please see below for more information.

Mindfulness – Learn mindfulness meditation and simple techniques that induce peacefulness and enhanced well-being. Please click on link below for more info.

Stress Management – Available as classes or 1:1 sessions. I cover all aspects of what stress is and how it affects us physically and mentally. Learn how to implement gradual changes that bring profound transformation to how life is experienced. For more details please click on link below:

Relaxation – These sessions are primarily aimed at being relaxing in and of themselves, there will be a small amount of theory about easy to implement techniques. More a time out for group or staff, though the effects can often be long lasting. Studies have shown that even something as small as a 30 minutes relaxation session once a week for six weeks has a marked reduction in stress markers.
