Relaxation

These sessions are primarily aimed at being relaxing in and of themselves, there may be a small amount of theory about easy to implement techniques. More a time out for the group or staff. Studies have shown that even something as small as a 30 minutes relaxation session once a week for six weeks has a marked reduction in stress markers.
