
This post is a reminder about the class tomorrow, Thursday 28th April, at 7pm (London/GMT time). Via zoom.
The session is for one hour, the first half being an introduction to HeartMath and the benefits of this simple but powerful practice. We take a look at how it can:
- Shift emotions.
- Alleviate mental health issues.
- Regulate heart rhythms.
- Aid longevity through increasing DHEA
- Strengthen immune response.
- Decrease inflammation, which is the single biggest precursor to most physical health issues.
We will take a step by step journey through the practice of HeartMath breathing, with room for questions before ending the session with a deep healing meditation into the heart. In this meditation I cover energy clearing (others energy and what we may be carrying from our own thoughts) before going into an intuitive process designed to locate our innate sense of peace and safety within.
The class is via zoom and a link will be sent when you purchase a ticket. The session is hosted by the Flourishing Well and I am very excited to be starting this teaching journey with them, we have plans for more courses and I will post details as soon as dates are set!
The Flourishing Well, which is a charity, has a sliding scale starting at £0 for all it’s events. Each paid for ticket supports those who are not just struggling mentally or physically but who don’t have the financial resources necessary to help them on the road to recovery.
