Today is my first YouTube live session on Being Present and the focus will be the body. If you are experiencing any kind of physical issue then please join me at 6pm (London/GMT time) for a deeply soothing journey into the body to fully explore the sensory and cognitive aspects of what is happening within you.
This way of being with the body not only brings a certain degree of peace or relief but also has the effect of increasing our innate life force energy, which in turn boosts health and well-being.
