See the last post ‘Decisions’ for more information about decision making, this post is just to offer you two guided journeys through the decision making process. The first one is a six minute exercise on noticing what is going on within you – emotions and body sensations centered around the heart – when you state each of your choices clearly to yourself. I would recommend listening to the HeartMath Meditation first for an even deeper or truer response.
The second is a longer meditation taking you into your subconscious mind and using your imagination to paint a picture of your true feelings towards each of your potential choices. As usual I have uploaded them in video and downloadable Mp3 formats.
